As Contracts Manager for EMEA, you will be the operational hub for Harvey's commercial contracting function, interfacing with procurement, go-to-market, deal operations, and marketing teams to ensure fast and efficient execution of agreements. You'll report to the legal team and own the end-to-end contracting lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Marketing and Sponsorship Agreements, Staffing Agreements, and Procurement Agreements
- Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows; refine intake processes to scale legal operations
- Flag non-standard terms affecting product, privacy, and regulatory compliance; escalate to legal counsel; negotiate Data Processing Agreements
- Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and develop resources for go-to-market and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to broader legal initiatives as the company grows
You bring 4+ years of in-house legal or contracts experience, ideally at a SaaS or tech company. You have hands-on expertise with procurement, MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, and technology licensing. You're proficient with contracts management systems (Ironclad, Zip, DocuSign, or similar). You excel at project management, think creatively, work independently in fast-paced environments, and thrive in collaborative, small-team settings. AI experience is a plus but not required.
