Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Contracts Manager to support regional expansion across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. This role is central to the contracts organization, responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and tracking a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, clinical study agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, and vendor agreements.
Key responsibilities include working closely with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure contract deliverables align with defined study timelines. You will resolve and escalate contractual issues in collaboration with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders, maintain adherence to company policies and contracting standards, and provide regular updates to study team members on contract negotiation status and execution.
Additional duties encompass establishing and managing site contract metrics, maintaining contract files and databases with proper archiving, designing and implementing policies to expedite contract execution, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The role requires strong organizational skills, written communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Minimum qualifications include a 4-year college degree with equivalent experience ideally in scientific or healthcare disciplines, and at least 5 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, or business administration, along with expertise in contracting plans and successful relationship management with study teams and clinical research associates.
The ideal candidate demonstrates high self-motivation, sound business judgment, proficiency in MS Office software, and the ability to work independently and cooperatively in a virtual environment while handling sensitive matters with discretion.
