Anduril Industries, a leading defense technology company, is seeking Contracts Managers to support its diverse portfolio of DoD, International, and Commercial contracts across multiple business lines including Space, Connected Warfare, Mission Systems, Air Defense, and Air Dominance and Strike.
In this role, you will oversee the full contract lifecycle for government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and optimizing contract performance. You will manage CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ Government (FAR/DFARS) contracts, Other Transaction Agreements, and commercial contracts. Responsibilities span proposal support, contract negotiation, compliance, management, modifications, and close-out.
Key responsibilities include executing contract management throughout each contract's lifecycle, completing contract reviews and acceptance, overseeing proposal planning and preparation, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies, maintaining comprehensive documentation, providing contract summaries and briefs to program managers and executives, offering guidance on FAR/DFARS requirements, cultivating relationships with internal and external customers, and negotiating complex contractual terms with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors.
You will work closely with legal, proposal, accounting, business operations, program, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment supporting critical national security initiatives.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, government, or related field; 5+ years of full lifecycle contract management experience with CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts; strong working knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS; excellent communication skills; and exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Security clearance preferences vary by business line (Secret to Top Secret), with some roles requiring active clearance and OTA experience.
