Precision Medicine Group is expanding across Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru) and seeking a Contracts & Budget Associate II to support regional and global expansion. This role focuses on developing and negotiating regional study budgets aligned with clinical trial protocols, as well as reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and tracking legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.
Key responsibilities include: developing and negotiating global study budgets based on protocol requirements; reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements; working with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues; ensuring adherence to company policies and contracting standards; updating study teams on contract negotiation status; coordinating agreement execution; maintaining contract files and databases; and identifying process improvements.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree (or equivalent contract management experience in clinical research) with at least 1 year of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements and managing the contract process. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. The role requires excellent time management, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual global environment, sound business judgment, discretion with sensitive matters, and strong interpersonal skills. A post-graduate qualification is preferred.
