Crafty is a workplace food and beverage platform serving 300+ offices and 300,000+ employees monthly for clients like DraftKings, Robinhood, and Zillow. The company is seeking a Contract Specialist to strengthen contract operations and add processing capacity to a two-person contract team.
In this role, you will process a high volume of contract requests, improve systems supporting the contract lifecycle, and train internal teams on request-processing mechanics. This is primarily an internal-facing position; client interaction is limited to redlining support. You will not own client renewals or amendments end-to-end—account management teams retain client-facing ownership. Instead, you provide the systems, training, and execution capacity that enable their work.
You will work alongside a Senior Contract Specialist who serves as subject matter expert on contract language, systems configuration, and renewal calendars. That colleague will coach and mentor you but will not manage your day-to-day work; you are expected to operate independently on execution, data integrity, and enablement tasks.
The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week at Crafty's Chicago headquarters, and reports to the Director of Accounting. This is an individual contributor position focused on operational rigor, volume processing, and internal team enablement rather than strategic contract decisions or client relationship management.
