Fireblocks is seeking a Contract Manager to join its in-house legal team in London, reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, EMEA. The role focuses on driving complex commercial contract negotiations to closure, particularly for large SaaS transactions. You will project-manage legal elements of significant revenue-generating opportunities, coordinate negotiations on strategic license agreements and services agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, engineering, and finance to move deals forward efficiently. Key responsibilities include leading contract negotiations on a global basis, developing and refining processes to improve collaboration between legal and business teams throughout the deal cycle, creating contract templates, and advising on their implementation. You will also support the legal team's AI initiatives and contract management tool implementations, and provide guidance on legal risks related to Fireblocks' operations and service offerings. The ideal candidate has strong foundational knowledge of commercial contracting and legal concepts, with experience at a technology company (preferably SaaS) or top-tier law firm technology practice. Background in financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto is highly valued. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, technical environment, capable of learning new technologies and practice areas, and skilled at collaborating across diverse teams. A qualified practising lawyer is not required; candidates ranging from trainee paralegals to newly qualified lawyers are considered. A university degree is required, or alternatively a GDL/JD plus paralegal certification (CILEX, NALP, or ILSPA).
