ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company valued at $11B, is seeking a Contract Manager to support its Legal team on commercial contracting matters and occasional corporate/operational legal work. The role involves negotiating, reviewing, managing, and tracking customer and vendor agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, amendments) across multiple jurisdictions. You'll maintain contract records and reporting through CLM systems and DocuSign, coordinate commercial legal assignments via Ironclad ticketing, and act as a key contact for the legal department providing guidance on contract edits, non-standard terms, and policies. Responsibilities include supporting contract negotiations, updating templates and playbooks, coordinating with cross-functional teams during review, and evaluating new legal tools. On an as-needed basis, you'll assist with corporate and IP filings, maintain records for U.S. and international subsidiaries, and participate in special projects including corporate diligence, litigation matters, and compliance rollouts.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. You bring genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and adaptability in a distributed, high-trust environment. Required qualifications include 5+ years of contract management experience, preferably in-house at a tech or SaaS company; experience supporting GTM/Sales organizations with complex legal requests; strong understanding of contract management and corporate governance; experience with international entities and global teams; and proficiency with CLM tools (Ironclad, Salesforce, Asana, DocuSign) or similar systems. Familiarity with SaaS/AI contracting considerations is a plus.
