Charta Health is building an AI-powered operating system for modern healthcare organizations, streamlining workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions. The company is backed by Bain Capital Ventures and focused on making healthcare infrastructure more efficient and accountable.
As Content Strategist, you will own the full lifecycle of Charta's content ecosystem, from initial insight through asset creation to multi-channel distribution. You'll translate product marketing insights and buyer intelligence into compelling core content assets including blogs, webinars, ebooks, and whitepapers that resonate with healthcare buyers.
Your core responsibilities include partnering with the Product Marketing team to extract buyer insights and positioning, then crafting content that addresses real buyer needs. You'll develop atomization strategies that transform each core asset into dozens of derivative, channel-specific pieces—social clips, graphics, short-form blog posts, and more. You'll write core and derivative content yourself, collaborate with writing contractors to scale output, and manage external creative vendors including video editors and graphic designers.
You'll own the distribution blueprint, deciding how, when, and where content publishes across channels to maximize organic reach and discoverability. You'll monitor performance metrics and continuously refine format and channel choices based on data. You'll also translate core content into ready-to-share social copy that leadership and internal teams can post to their own networks, and serve as the primary point of contact for all external creative vendors.
Required qualifications include 3+ years in content marketing, content strategy, or B2B content production, with B2B SaaS/tech experience strongly preferred. You must have demonstrated experience partnering with product marketing or subject matter experts to translate technical or complex information into buyer-facing narratives. You'll need a proven track record of turning single pieces of content into multi-channel campaigns with examples to demonstrate. Strong writing skills across formats—from long-form core assets to short-form social copy—are essential, along with an editorial eye for what makes content perform. Deep familiarity with modern B2B distribution channels, particularly LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and SEO-driven blogs, is required.
