You'll join the inbound marketing team as a Content Specialist, reporting to the Head of SEO. This is an operational and strategic role focused on scaling content production while maintaining quality and SEO impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Operations & Production: Manage the full content production workflow—sourcing, onboarding, and supporting freelance and internal contributors. Oversee task management and content tools (AirOps, WordPress) to ensure smooth operations at scale. Maintain and improve content improvement pipelines to ensure published work meets quality, SEO, and brand standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with social, brand, and design teams to enhance content with multimedia, user-generated content, and promotional assets. Work with SEO and LLM specialists to optimize content for AI search visibility. Collaborate with analytics teams to ideate and launch experiments that improve content performance.
Content Strategy & Growth: Organize and maintain content structure (hubs, interlinking, taxonomy, tags) to boost SEO and discoverability. Manage and update author profiles for consistency and credibility. Brainstorm and prioritize new content formats and distribution strategies. Track and analyze content performance metrics. Set and monitor operational KPIs.
You'll be working in a fast-moving, high-volume environment where content must drive real business impact and support company goals. The role requires balancing multiple projects, coordinating remote teams, and continuously improving processes.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in content operations, SEO content management, or leading editorial workflows, ideally in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks and coordinate freelance/remote teams
- Deep understanding of content architecture, linking, and scaling strategies in the era of AI-driven search
- Fluency with AI tools and platforms (AirOps, WordPress, similar content management systems)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to connect content work to measurable business impact and company goals
- Natural curiosity with a passion for building and improving processes
