Hyperexponential is an AI-powered insurance platform trusted by nearly 50 of the world's largest insurers. The company is backed by a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures, and is scaling globally with zero churn and billions in premiums flowing through its platform. You'll join the Corporate Marketing team as a Content Operations Associate, reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing. This is an operations-focused role responsible for building and running the machinery that turns raw content (podcasts, reports, thought leadership) into published outputs across multiple channels and formats (clips, articles, executive posts, social media). Key responsibilities include: - Mapping and documenting how content is currently produced across tools, sequences, and hand-offs, keeping documentation current as the operation evolves - Running production cycles for content programmes including customer stories, podcasts, thought leadership, and executive communications - Briefing agency partners, maintaining quality standards, and hitting publish dates - Drafting copy for web pages and projects using Claude against a codified brand voice, coordinating feedback loops between programme owners, designers, and partners - Managing the thought leadership calendar operationally: scheduling, prioritization, draft chasing, and repurposing long-form content into clips and posts - Running the named-voice programme operations (scheduling, queue management, approvals, follow-up) so executives can post on cadence without managing the process - Building reusable templates, prompts, and share packs for the wider team - Learning and implementing strategies for visibility in AI-generated answers and search results Within a year, you'll own these cycles end-to-end and contribute to planning the next generation of content operations. Requirements: - You've made and published something (newsletter, channel, client work) and became more interested in how it was produced than the creation itself - Demonstrated organizational skills: tracking outstanding items, following up reliably, flagging problems early - Practical experience using AI in your own work (reusable prompts, templates, recurring task automation) - Ability to learn by doing rather than requiring formal training - Familiarity with a CMS, scheduling tool, or project tracker - Bonus: experience managing work from external partners (agencies, freelancers) through clear briefs and iterative feedback Note: This role requires ownership and responsibility from day one. You should be energized by building machinery for content operations rather than shaping editorial strategy. The role suits people who thrive in evolving, not yet fully documented environments.
