Salary: USD 140,000 - 188,000 / annual

TRM Labs is an AI-powered intelligence platform helping public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. As Content Marketing Lead, you will own TRM's flagship brand content strategy and execution, establishing TRM as the authoritative voice on modern crime and its investigation. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-impact, globally relevant content in partnership with TRM's Insights, Policy, and leadership teams that positions TRM as the authority on critical issues for customers - Own end-to-end distribution strategy across owned channels (blog, Resources hub, corporate social media) and partner with Demand Gen and Communications teams to amplify reach through paid, earned, and executive voice channels - Establish and maintain TRM's brand voice and tone by developing style guides, templates, and AI workflows that enable regional and demand marketing teams to produce on-brand content independently - Own SEO/GEO content strategy in partnership with technical and agency specialists, producing content that drives search and AI-citation performance on priority topics - Set quality standards for content across the organization and provide editorial oversight on high-visibility work You will operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where you ship first-to-market, build scalable systems to accelerate content production without adding headcount, and leverage AI to compress drafting and production cycles. The role requires moving content from concept to publication-ready without unnecessary handoffs. TRM is a Series C company ($220M funded) backed by Goldman Sachs, Bessemer, Y Combinator, and Thoma Bravo. Headquartered in San Francisco with distributed-first operations, the company maintains hubs in Los Angeles, New York, Washington D.C., London, and Singapore. Requirements: - 5+ years of B2B content marketing with a portfolio demonstrating flagship, point-of-view work - Background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, fintech, or public-sector-facing work strongly preferred - Strong editorial judgment and experience setting content standards that other teams adopt - AI-native approach: demonstrated use of AI across research, drafting, repurposing, and optimization with curiosity about emerging tools - Distribution mindset: ability to plan audience reach before publishing - Experience working with SEO/GEO specialists and owning content performance metrics - Excellent writing skills with ability to distill complex, technical topics for diverse audiences
