ARQ is a fast-growing fintech focused on cross-border money movement and financial infrastructure. As Content Manager for Brazil, you will independently produce 2–4 high-quality videos per week showcasing ARQ's main use cases relevant to the Brazilian market—such as travel, wealth management, remote work, and new product launches. As the team grows, you may scale your impact by leading or hiring UGC creators and agencies to increase output while maintaining quality standards. Office policy: 3 days per week in-office in São Paulo. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience creating video content (content creator, filmmaker, or equivalent background) - Portfolio demonstrating organic or branded content with high production value - Strong creativity, agility, and ability to work independently - Deep understanding of Brazilian digital culture, trends, humor, and language - Pre-production: ability to generate compelling video ideas and scripts consistently - Production: capacity to execute high-quality content independently using both professional camera and iPhone - Post-production: strong editing skills that deliver polished, engaging, aesthetically pleasing results - Ability to produce creative videos on a weekly basis Good to have: - Filmmaker background with proficiency in both camera and iPhone production - Ability to scale content volume by leading or hiring UGC creators and agencies - Clear understanding of affluent Brazilian user culture and behavior
