Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 / annual
Linktree is seeking a Content & Audience Insights Manager to build and own the measurement and learning system behind the company's content program. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on turning audience signals, content performance data, and proprietary insights into actionable recommendations for teams managing social, editorial, and communications channels.
Key responsibilities include establishing a cross-channel measurement framework to track content performance and audience reach; designing testing and learning agendas with channel owners; synthesizing complex findings into clear internal recommendations and external story opportunities; conducting audience, cultural, and competitive intelligence through social listening, search behavior analysis, and trend monitoring; and partnering cross-functionally with Social & Content, Communications, Product Marketing, Growth, Creative, and data teams to ensure insights drive business decisions.
The role requires 5-7 years of experience in audience insights, content measurement, marketing analytics, social intelligence, or research. Ideal candidates have built measurement frameworks or audience-insight programs, partnered with data science and analytics teams to define analysis needs, created dashboards and reports, and demonstrated strong ability to separate signal from noise. Strong writing and synthesis skills are essential, as is editorial judgment to identify credible, differentiated findings worth developing into stories.
Nice-to-have experience includes SaaS, consumer tech, creator economy, or small business marketing backgrounds; familiarity with proprietary data, research reports, or editorial franchises; knowledge of SEO, AEO, or product analytics; and prior collaboration with data scientists or growth teams.
