Precision Medicine Group seeks a Content Analyst (Data Steward) to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across products. This role reports to the Product Owner and works cross-functionally to maintain high data quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and validate data quality through cleansing and enrichment processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical data elements and define quality standards
- Create and maintain data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and metadata management practices
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor data integrity across multiple systems and applications
- Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Build and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools
- Integrate data management processes with operations and development teams
- Train end-users on data management best practices
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in data governance committees and collaborate on enterprise-wide strategies
- Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to drive product improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related field
- Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and governance
- Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and database management systems
- Experience with data profiling and analysis tools
- 1-2 years of experience with US Healthcare data
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
Preferred:
- Experience with MDM tools (Reltio, Informatica)
- Familiarity with Snowflake
