Wolt is a delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries, now part of the DoorDash family. The company is building the delivery of almost everything, combining restaurant food delivery with broader marketplace services. As Consumer Growth Strategy Manager for EMEA, you will drive capital-efficient growth across the EMEA marketplace, owning cross-market growth and optimization initiatives end-to-end. This is a highly analytical, cross-functional role focused on identifying where growth is being left on the table, testing and scaling solutions, and solving ambiguous, hard-to-crack growth problems without existing playbooks. You will report to the Head of EMEA Growth and be part of a 3-person growth team. Key responsibilities include: • Own goal-setting and efficiency tracking for growth initiatives, using data analysis to identify growth gaps • Manage growth budget efficiency and ROI—identify underperforming initiatives and fix them through spend reallocation, new experiments, or process changes • Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to scope, prioritize, and ship new growth initiatives and improvements to existing programs • Drive growth partnerships to success by identifying performance issues and implementing fixes This role requires comfort with ambiguous problems, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to move fluidly between deep analytical work and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. REQUIREMENTS: • Previous experience in consumer or marketplace business, product operations, growth, marketing, or management consulting • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders • Fluent with AI tools and comfortable integrating them into everyday workflow • Comfortable moving between deep analytical work and cross-functional collaboration • Genuine enjoyment of ambiguous, hard-to-crack growth problems without existing playbooks
