Cyderes is seeking an experienced IAM Consultant specializing in SailPoint Identity Governance to lead customer-facing consulting engagements. This hybrid role (2–3 days in office) is based in Reading, UK, and combines technical delivery with practice leadership.
You will be responsible for implementing Identity Governance solutions at enterprise clients, working directly with Engagement Leads and Project Managers. Key responsibilities include:
• Lead end-to-end Identity Governance service delivery: presales, consulting, solution design, and implementation
• Conduct client scoping workshops to design feasible IGA solutions with clear scope, timelines, and costs
• Provide deep subject matter expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow and related IAM platforms
• Assess and define clients' security capabilities across policy, process, technology, and organizational dimensions
• Identify capability gaps and recommend cost-effective best practices to manage risk and ensure compliance
• Manage the Identity Governance practice team, fostering professional growth and technical expertise
• Mentor consultants and architects to enhance delivery quality and consulting skills
• Collaborate with practice leaders and sales teams on cross-sell opportunities and organizational growth
• Lead requirements-gathering and technical solutioning workshops with clients
• Present solution proposals, implementation roadmaps, and progress updates to clients and executives
• Ensure deliverables meet client satisfaction while balancing business, technical, and compliance goals
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and develop mitigation strategies
• Apply change management techniques to support client adoption of Identity Governance solutions
• Contribute to business development strategies for the Identity Governance practice
• Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in Identity Governance
