Salary: USD 65,480 - 111,320 / annual
FIS is seeking a Consultant II for Treasury Management Systems to partner with clients on implementing treasury and risk management solutions. In this role, you will serve as a primary implementation resource, guiding clients through system conversions and resolving implementation issues. You will analyze client business requirements, workflows, forms, and reports to define system and data requirements. Your responsibilities include designing treasury business processes aligned to industry standards, developing detailed data mapping and transaction workflow documentation, and configuring solutions to meet client-specific needs. You will lead readiness and checkpoint reviews to ensure successful conversion milestones, deliver comprehensive client training on system functionality and operational procedures, and provide post-implementation support to optimize configurations. Success is measured by on-time implementations, data accuracy, and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across multiple stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field with experience in technology consulting, software implementation, or business process optimization. You should demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and validation across financial systems, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. Experience with FIS Integrity or Quantum Treasury Management Systems, treasury workstations, cash management platforms, and corporate treasury operations (cash management, FX, investments) is preferred.
