Binance is seeking a Compliance Specialist to manage regulatory exam findings and audit issue resolution on a global scale. The role focuses on tracking recommendations and actions from regulators and auditors through to closure, ensuring all expectations are met through rigorous validation and assurance processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a comprehensive, standardized audit and regulatory issue management framework across the organization
- Tracking and monitoring regulatory and audit findings globally until resolution
- Performing validation and assurance on issue closures to confirm compliance with regulator and auditor expectations
- Collaborating with Compliance Leaders, Audit, Legal, Product, and Business Lines to coordinate remediation efforts
- Supporting engagement planning, metrics tracking, and remediation processes
- Developing and maintaining standardized processes for issue management across multiple jurisdictions
This is a critical role in Binance's compliance infrastructure, requiring strong attention to detail, project management capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
