In Brazil, Swile operates three legal entities, including a Payment Institution authorized and regulated by the Brazilian Central Bank.
You will join the Legal, Compliance, Risk and Internal Controls team as a Compliance Specialist, playing a key role in shaping how products, policies, and business activities operate from a Brazilian compliance and regulatory perspective. This is a hands-on position focused on identifying compliance scenarios and risks while supporting business objectives without creating unnecessary friction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with local and global teams to identify regulatory scenarios and risks
- Contributing to new compliance projects and initiatives
- Strengthening the compliance framework in Brazil
- Collaborating with the Central Compliance team in France
- Supporting the business in navigating Brazilian regulatory requirements
This role offers the opportunity to build compliance infrastructure for a growing fintech company in a dynamic market. Location: São Paulo, SP. Hybrid arrangement with expectation to be in office approximately 3 days per week.
