As a Compliance Officer at Tabby, you will develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures aligned with Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements for fintech operations. Your core responsibilities include conducting regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks, providing guidance and training to employees on compliance matters, and monitoring regulatory developments to ensure internal policies remain current. You will investigate and respond to compliance issues, complaints, and breaches, collaborating with internal departments and external regulators to uphold a strong compliance framework. Additional duties include preparing and submitting regulatory reports and filings, staying informed about industry best practices, and supporting business needs as assigned. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced compliance certification is a plus) and a minimum of 2 years of compliance experience, ideally in fintech or financial services. You must have in-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian fintech regulatory requirements, strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulations, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in a highly regulated industry.
