Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, offering consumers flexible buy-now-pay-later options without hidden fees or compounding interest. As a Compliance Analyst II within Compliance Shared Services (CSS), you will help build centralized compliance programs, training, and governance processes that enable Affirm to scale responsibly. Your work promotes a culture of compliance by delivering practical, risk-based solutions that support regulatory requirements while protecting Affirm and its customers. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and maintain compliance training that translates complex regulatory requirements into clear, engaging learning experiences for employees across multiple jurisdictions. • Support administration of Affirm's compliance training program by tracking completions, maintaining records, coordinating enrollments, and preparing audit-ready documentation and reports. • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to gather feedback, manage content updates, and ensure training materials remain accurate and current. • Support Shared Services governance programs by contributing to risk assessments, regulatory change management, and compliance issue management through documentation, reporting, action tracking, and evidence collection. • Maintain organized documentation, version control, and evidence in accordance with established governance standards and procedures. • Identify opportunities to improve training materials, documentation, and operational processes that enhance efficiency and consistency of compliance programs. You bring 4+ years of experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Audit, Controls, or related governance programs, preferably in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry. You have demonstrated experience developing and maintaining compliance, risk, policy, or operational training, including drafting content, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and managing documentation. Strong writing and editing skills enable you to translate complex regulatory or policy requirements into clear, practical learning content. You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to independently manage assigned work while maintaining accurate documentation. You collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across functions and time zones while balancing multiple priorities. Experience with instructional design principles, multi-jurisdiction compliance training, or governance activities such as regulatory change management is a plus.
