As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will support the day-to-day execution of Kredete's compliance program in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Your responsibilities include coordinating licensing, registration, and authorization requirements across all operating jurisdictions; continuously monitoring regulatory and legislative developments; reviewing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures; preparing compliance training materials and awareness resources; conducting quality control reviews of compliance work; coordinating preparation and submission of regulatory filings including annual reports and license renewals; compiling monthly compliance reports with analysis of key metrics and risks; coordinating responses to regulatory examinations and audits; maintaining compliance registers and documentation; and identifying opportunities to improve compliance processes and governance frameworks.
You will work directly with senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives, gaining exposure to fundraising, investor relations, international expansion, and product strategy. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of compliance experience in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated financial services; experience managing licensing and regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions; experience preparing regulatory filings and regulator-facing documentation; strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and governance practices; and excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. A bachelor's degree in Compliance, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field is required. Nice-to-have qualifications include CAMS, CRCM, or ICA certification; experience with money transmitter licensing, payments, banking, stablecoin, or digital asset businesses; direct experience interacting with regulators and external auditors; and experience in high-growth fintech environments.
