Revolut is seeking a Company Secretary to support its regulated cryptoasset entities across Europe. This is a senior governance and compliance role within the Legal team, focused on managing corporate governance, statutory filings, and board administration for crypto-regulated entities.
Key responsibilities include coordinating board and committee meetings for regulated cryptoasset entities, ensuring seamless administration and governance adherence. You'll manage corporate governance disclosures and board resolutions aligned with crypto-specific regulatory standards, including MiCA and DORA. The role involves maintaining statutory registers, share capital records, and director documentation to ensure audit readiness, and advising on evolving crypto-governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
You'll oversee complex external reporting and regulatory filings, ensuring accurate and timely submissions across operational jurisdictions. You'll act as a key liaison between the board and relevant stakeholders, managing the integrity of corporate records and capital matters for Revolut's cryptoasset firms in Europe.
Required qualifications include 3+ years of experience in fintech or dynamic financial services, a bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in law, finance, or corporate governance, and professional membership such as the Chartered Governance Institute of UK & Ireland, ICAEW, or admission as a qualified lawyer. You should have recognized qualifications or several years of experience in finance, risk, law, strategy, compliance, and company secretarial practice. Fluency in English, solid IT skills, curiosity about AI, proven project management in fast-paced environments, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
