Revolut is seeking a Company Secretary to support its regulated cryptoasset entities across Europe. This role sits within the Legal team and focuses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and board administration for crypto-specific operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating board and committee meetings for regulated cryptoasset entities, ensuring governance adherence and seamless administration. You will manage corporate governance disclosures, board resolutions, and statutory filings aligned with crypto-specific regulatory standards including MiCA and DORA. The role involves maintaining high-integrity statutory registers, share capital records, and director documentation to ensure audit readiness. You will advise on evolving crypto-governance frameworks, interpret regulatory requirements under MiCA, DORA, and local regulations to drive operational compliance, and oversee complex external reporting and regulatory filings across operational jurisdictions. Required qualifications include 3+ years of experience in fintech or dynamic financial services environments, a bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in law, finance, or corporate governance, and professional membership such as the Chartered Governance Institute of UK & Ireland, ICAEW, or admission as a qualified lawyer. You should have recognized qualifications or several years of experience in finance, risk, law, strategy, compliance, and company secretarial practice. Fluency in English, solid IT skills, curiosity about AI, proven project management in fast-paced environments, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Nice-to-have: fluency in additional languages.
