Salary: PLN 15,000 - 17,600 / monthly

Revolut is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to provide expert corporate governance support across its global operations. This is a senior role within the Legal team, supporting supervisory and management bodies as Revolut scales its fintech platform serving 75+ million customers. Key responsibilities include: - Providing autonomous governance advice to executive and supervisory bodies and their committees - Preparing board agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and tracking action items - Communicating at executive level to ensure consistent local governance across the group - Arranging execution of corporate documents including shareholder resolutions, KYC documents, and regulatory filings - Ensuring compliance with local legislation and regulations across jurisdictions - Maintaining statutory registers, company records, and overseeing regulatory filings - Leading governance improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects - Representing Revolut with legal registers, notaries, and public institutions globally - Managing shareholder communications and maintaining director/shareholder records The role is based in Dubai with flexibility to work remotely from Poland, Portugal, Spain, or UAE, with additional office locations in Krakow and Lisbon. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in law and/or recognized company secretarial qualification (ICSA/CGI) - 3+ years of similar experience, preferably in financial services or technology - Strong understanding of corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities - Experience leading board/committee arrangements and drafting minutes - Ability to oversee legal entity compliance with minimal support - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Fluency in English Compensation for Poland-based roles: PLN 15,000–17,600 gross monthly.
