Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 / annual

Devoted Health seeks a Community Outreach Specialist to build relationships and drive growth in the Medicare Advantage market. You will serve as the face of Devoted in your community, blending social-sector compassion with strategic marketing acumen to create high-impact opportunities for Medicare Advantage members and broker partners. Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining relationships with community gatekeepers and influencers to secure high-traffic venues for agent prospecting; sourcing, planning, and hosting sales, marketing, and educational events focused on lead generation; collaborating with Broker Managers to align outreach strategies and maximize ROI; training and mentoring external agents on community-based marketing best practices and lead-generation techniques; partnering with local provider groups on co-op marketing initiatives; and ensuring all activities comply with Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS regulations while tracking local ROI. You must hold an active insurance producer license in your state (or obtain one within 90 days) and maintain it in good standing. A valid, unrestricted driver's license and willingness to travel across your local territory are required. A college degree is preferred. Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of the local senior landscape and existing community networks, proven Medicare Advantage industry experience, strong public speaking skills, and the ability to establish credibility with both seniors and corporate stakeholders. You should thrive in a fast-paced, startup-feel environment, adapt quickly to changing market needs, and excel at cross-departmental collaboration with a customer-service focus.
