Tide is a fintech platform serving over 2 million SMEs globally with business banking, invoicing, accounting, and commerce solutions. The Commercial Services team enables members to sell and buy effectively through integrated tools, working across Product, BI, CRM, Sales, and Operations.
You will lead Commercial Services growth in the UK, sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Performance. This is a strategic role responsible for the full Go-To-Market approach across all channels and member touchpoints, including in-app journeys, CRM, acquisition marketing, and outbound campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
**Revenue Ownership & Forecasting**: Partner with Finance and stakeholders to set, track, and refine financial projections for products, ensuring revenue accountability and proactive identification of risks and opportunities.
**Analytics-Driven Insight**: Analyze member behavior, segment audiences, and measure campaign performance with BI team support. Translate data into clear recommendations that shape product positioning and communications.
**Product Development**: Leverage commercial and analytics insights to partner with Product teams on addressing opportunities. Shape product positioning, align on roadmaps, and support successful launches with tailored GTM strategies.
**Go-To-Market Strategy**: Lead GTMs across channels, partnering with sales, operations, and CRM marketing teams. Facilitate brainstorm sessions to surface creative ideas and implementation plans. Act as enabler and guardian of the plan, holding teams accountable for delivery.
**Stakeholder Management**: Communicate regularly with a wide range of stakeholders, including Tide's Senior Leadership Team, in a highly collaborative environment.
**Market & Competitor Intelligence**: Lead ongoing market research and competitive analysis to monitor trends, benchmark performance, and translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen Tide's positioning and value proposition.
