As Commercial Regional Sales Director for the ANZ region, you will lead a sales team responsible for building out your territory and driving revenue growth. You'll manage Account Executives, oversee sales methodology execution, and ensure the team meets or exceeds quota targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the sales team in following sales methodology and best practices, ensuring proper CRM system usage
- Provide ongoing mentorship to Account Executives on prospecting techniques, new client acquisition, key account management, and account maintenance
- Conduct periodic business reviews analyzing sales call activity, lead follow-up, prospecting performance, and individual Account Executive metrics
- Coach team members on skill development, sales methodologies, and career path guidance to meet objectives
- Identify territory growth opportunities and participate in recruiting and interviewing activities
- Guide team members on managing key relationships with principals, customers, and channel partners
- Implement processes to keep sales leadership current on sales activity status and serve as escalation point for customers and partners
- Assess customer information, identify problem areas, formulate solutions, and present them effectively
