Yuno is an AI-native operating system for global commerce, providing financial infrastructure to enterprise merchants, banks, and wallets. The company connects customers to payment methods, payouts, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, and stablecoins across 190+ countries through a single API. Yuno serves global brands including Arcos Dorados (McDonald's), NetEase Games, GoFundMe, inDrive, and Rappi.
You will own a portfolio of strategic European partners—acquirers, alternative payment methods (APMs), banks, and fraud & risk providers—and drive revenue through qualified pipeline generation, joint go-to-market initiatives, and direct commercial opportunities where partners become Yuno customers. This is a revenue-focused commercial role measured on pipeline sourced, deals unlocked, and revenue converted.
Key responsibilities include:
**Partner Portfolio Ownership**: Manage end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of European partners as their primary commercial contact. Build and maintain joint account plans with shared target lists, named opportunities, and agreed cadence. Track portfolio health on commercial metrics—live volume, sourced pipeline, revenue share earned, opportunities in flight—and take action where partnerships underperform.
**Lead Generation & Co-Selling**: Source qualified leads through partner networks against quarterly targets, working the partner's merchant base and commercial teams. Run joint pipeline sessions to surface merchants where Yuno unlocks deals partners cannot close alone. Build referral and co-sell rails with clear incentive structures and lead routing. Design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns including co-marketing, joint events, and account-based pushes. Ensure partner-sourced leads convert through collaboration with Yuno's sales teams.
**Upselling to Partners**: Identify and develop opportunities where partners are buyers—acquiring banks, wallets, and fintechs adopting Yuno's orchestration and value-added services (tokenization, account updater, smart routing). Own the end-to-end commercial cycle from qualification through signature. Negotiate partnership agreements, revenue-share models, and commercial terms. Expand existing partnerships into new markets, products, and business lines.
**Market & Cross-Functional Contribution**: Feed commercial and market requirements to Product to align roadmap with deal-winning capabilities. Provide intelligence on competitive dynamics, partner capabilities, and European payment trends. Represent Yuno at industry events and convert presence into pipeline. Run QBRs and joint planning sessions focused on pipeline and revenue commitments.
