Cognition AI is an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents, best known for Devin, the first AI software engineer. The founding team includes world-class competitive programmers, former founders, and leaders from Scale AI, Palantir, Cursor, Waymo, Tesla, Google DeepMind, and other cutting-edge AI companies.
As Commercial Partner Manager, you will own the long tail of Cognition's global partner ecosystem. Your core responsibilities include:
- Programmatically onboard, activate, and scale a high volume of partners worldwide
- Build and run systems, playbooks, and enablement programs that allow dozens of partners to ramp efficiently simultaneously
- Transform a broad, fragmented partner base into a repeatable, scalable revenue channel
- Nurture emerging partners as they grow, identifying those with real traction and championing their graduation to senior partner management
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure every partner—regardless of size—has resources to represent Devin credibly and win business
You'll thrive in this role if you have an operator's mindset: you love creating structure from ambiguity through playbooks, processes, and metrics that amplify one person's effort across a hundred partners. You'll need insanely high adaptability, relentless drive to build and improve at scale, boundless curiosity to learn quickly in a fast-changing market, and deep partner/customer empathy. Technical aptitude to become fluent in Cognition's products and serve as a credible AI strategy resource for partners is essential. You're a team player who wins with Product, Engineering, and GTM peers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Strong analytical and organizational instincts
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-intensity environments
- Passion for early-stage company building
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable programs and processes
