Kpler is a global market intelligence platform founded in 2014 that simplifies complex trade information across commodities, energy, and maritime sectors. The company serves over 850 experts across 69 countries and delivers actionable insights to help clients navigate dynamic markets. You will lead commercial expansion across Latin America as a territory-focused sales manager responsible for mapping, prioritizing, and securing new accounts among commodity corporates, trading houses, banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and exchanges. This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role requiring you to drive rigorous outbound prospecting and account mapping to build a strong pipeline of new logo opportunities. Key responsibilities include: • Formulating and executing a strategic territory plan across Latin America to identify and secure new accounts • Driving pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, network activation, and account mapping • Managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles from discovery through legal execution and procurement closure • Establishing executive relationships early in the deal process across trading, research, risk, compliance, operations, and data science teams • Positioning Kpler's comprehensive suite—physical commodity trade flows, maritime and freight analytics, sanctions screening, and API data delivery—directly with client workflows • Representing Kpler at key industry events across Latin American trade hubs to build brand authority • Partnering cross-functionally with Market Analysts, Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored pilots and multi-product expansion Requirements (Must-haves): • Demonstrated track record in full-cycle B2B enterprise sales within market intelligence, SaaS, financial terminals, pricing agencies, or alternative data • Direct sales exposure to both physical commodity markets (energy, agriculture, metals, or chemicals) and financial institutions (banks, hedge funds, or asset managers) • Proven hunter track record of quota overachievement driven by self-sourced new logo acquisition rather than managing an inherited client book • Business fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish to present, negotiate, and close complex deals across the region Nice-to-haves: • Background working with commodity data providers, market data vendors, financial terminals, or physical trading environments • Familiarity with AIS vessel tracking, freight analytics, trade-flow data, or delivering data feeds via REST APIs to quant and data science teams • Active executive network of heads of trading, research, and risk across key Latin American commercial hubs
