As Commercial Lead for Poland, you will establish and accelerate Tandem's presence in the Polish healthcare market. This is a senior, market-facing role requiring deep roots in the Polish healthcare ecosystem and a strong network among key decision-makers. Your mission is to open the market for Tandem and turn executive access into commercial momentum. You will build relationships with CEOs, executive teams, and senior clinical and digital leaders across Poland's leading healthcare organisations, developing opportunities across the broader provider market. You will act as Tandem's senior commercial representative in Poland, combining your local network and market knowledge with Tandem's central commercial, medical, product, and implementation capabilities. Key responsibilities include: opening the market using your senior network and credibility to create access to executives and decision-makers; developing strategic customer relationships across major healthcare organisations and turning them into commercial opportunities; maintaining a clear view of priority accounts, stakeholders, competitors, and routes to market; driving opportunities from engagement through partnership by working with central teams on executive engagement, product evaluation, proof of concept, procurement, negotiation, and contracting; representing Tandem at executive level in customer meetings, industry networks, and conferences; translating Tandem's global proposition into the Polish healthcare context and bringing market intelligence back to inform positioning and strategy; and building the foundation for scale by working with Medical Operations to ensure commercial momentum translates into successful adoption. You will report directly to the Director of Global Expansion and work closely with the Head of Sales, Rest of the World. The role requires a strong physical presence in Poland with regular travel within the country, approximately monthly travel to Stockholm headquarters, and occasional international travel. REQUIREMENTS: - Significant senior experience within the Polish healthcare ecosystem, primarily across healthcare services, health-tech, insurance, or adjacent healthcare sectors - Exceptional senior network in Poland with trusted relationships among executives and decision-makers across leading healthcare organisations - Deep understanding of the Polish healthcare market, including major provider groups, public and private healthcare, decision-making structures, procurement, and broader stakeholder landscape - Experience developing and progressing complex commercial relationships with large organisations - Executive presence and credibility with ability to engage comfortably with CEOs, clinicians, and senior stakeholders - Strong commercial judgement and ability to identify where to focus and what is required to move opportunities forward - Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams - Native-level Polish and fluent English - Strong motivation to improve healthcare through technology BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous executive responsibility within a major Polish healthcare organisation or healthcare-related company - Experience working directly with hospitals, healthcare groups, physician networks, or health insurers - Experience introducing new technology or business models into the Polish healthcare market - Experience working in an international or high-growth technology environment - Strong understanding of AI and its emerging role in healthcare
