You will lead commercial growth for the France and Switzerland territory, managing a high-value pipeline in physical energy and commodities markets. Your core responsibilities include: • Drive territory expansion to meet or exceed annual pipeline generation and revenue targets across France and Switzerland • Identify, qualify, and develop new commercial opportunities with a proactive "hunter" mindset in physical energy and commodities • Support pricing and commercial terms structure, collaborating with legal and contracting teams to streamline deal execution • Gather frontline client feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and multi-year forecasting • Maintain Salesforce with meticulous CRM discipline, tracking client interactions and pipeline metrics for reliable forecasting • Serve as a credible brand ambassador at industry events and client meetings, conveying Kpler's technical value proposition • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Units on customer onboarding and retention This is a manager-level role focused on territory ownership and commercial strategy in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. REQUIREMENTS: Must-haves: • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or commercial development within technology, SaaS, data vendors, or commodity markets • Fluency in both English and French (required to engage core client base across France and Switzerland) • Solid understanding of energy markets, trade dynamics, and broader commodity trends • Self-motivated, disciplined hunter mentality with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and unstructured environments Nice-to-haves: • Familiarity with maritime industry or physical commodities trading ecosystem • Experience with modern sales engagement tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) • Proven ability to support complex contract discussions and pricing negotiations
