FlixBus is seeking a Commercial Data Analyst to join the Revenue Management Americas Team in Mexico City. This role focuses on supporting business teams across the region in optimizing revenue, ensuring profitability, and driving sustainable growth through data-driven insights and reporting. Key responsibilities include supporting HUB stakeholders (Directors, Experts, CMLs, and CMMs) on data-related topics; collecting, structuring, and providing data for local and regional stakeholders; and supporting data-driven projects across the Revenue Management Americas Team. You will implement, maintain, and optimize reporting tools built in Power BI and Excel, while proactively identifying new reporting needs in collaboration with the team and business stakeholders. Additional duties involve optimizing current reporting processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining accurate documentation of data products and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear data solutions. You will communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and actively contribute to team development by sharing knowledge and best practices. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar role. Required skills include excellent SQL knowledge (ideally with Snowflake), expert-level Power BI proficiency with DAX, advanced Excel skills including formulas and macros, and strong stakeholder communication abilities. You should be able to explain complex data findings in clear, business-oriented ways and work effectively within Agile frameworks. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and high autonomy are essential. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. Python and Microsoft Power Platform experience are nice-to-have additions.
