You will own AI workflow use cases end-to-end for the Commercial organization: discovering problems, assessing opportunities, rapidly prototyping solutions, supporting deployment, driving adoption, and measuring business impact. This is a hands-on role combining curiosity, structured problem-solving, and strong delivery ownership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Commercial teams and Revenue Operations to identify workflow pain points and high-value automation and AI augmentation opportunities
- Investigate problems, map current processes, establish evidence-based baselines, and define clear use-case outcomes
- Build, test, and rapidly iterate on prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools, automation, and low-code or no-code platforms
- Take approved use cases from discovery through deployment, adoption, and impact measurement
- Design pragmatic human-in-the-loop workflows, controls, and feedback mechanisms
- Coordinate with technical, data, security, and risk partners when solutions require platform support or formal approval
- Support end-user enablement through documentation, demonstrations, training, and ongoing iteration
- Maintain visibility of progress, dependencies, risks, adoption, and realized impact
Success in the first 90 days means building strong understanding of Commercial priorities, developing a credible pipeline of use cases, and delivering practical quick wins. By day 90, you should have two workflows live with real Commercial users, each with a named business owner, measured before/after impact against a baseline, and sustained weekly active use.
The role offers a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office to support collaboration and connection.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Evidence of having built and shipped at least one useful workflow, automation, AI-powered tool, or prototype that real users used in practice
- Evidence of rapidly learning a new domain or capability and independently delivering a measurable business outcome
- Experience owning work from an ambiguous problem through to an implemented solution
- Strong analytical and data literacy, including ability to interpret data, establish baselines, and evaluate outcomes
- Hands-on experience building useful workflows, automations, or prototypes using low-code or no-code platforms, automation tools, or AI-assisted coding tools
- Structured problem-solving skills and judgment to distinguish valuable use cases from attractive distractions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence without formal authority
- Bias toward action, experimentation, and iteration, balanced with appropriate attention to risk and governance
- Ability to work independently while escalating material decisions and dependencies appropriately
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Commercial, go-to-market, Revenue Operations, payments, fintech, or other regulated-industry environment
- Familiarity with generative AI, agentic workflows, APIs, workflow automation, data visualization, or prompt and evaluation techniques
- Experience explaining new workflows, gathering user feedback, and supporting adoption across stakeholders
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, or automations that other people used in their real work
- Familiarity with agentic development tools, APIs, and SQL; tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex are examples rather than requirements
- Ability to read code, understand logic, and steer and debug an agentic coding tool
