UiPath is seeking a Commercial Account Executive focused on acquisition to drive revenue growth in the Northeast territory. In this role, you will help enterprise organizations transform their operations by adopting agentic AI and automation solutions. You will own a defined commercial territory and build a data-driven strategy to grow revenue across both new logos and existing customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning a defined commercial territory in the Northeast and developing a clear, data-driven revenue growth strategy for new and existing customers
- Consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets through value-based, outcome-focused execution
- Leading complex sales cycles and engaging senior decision makers to articulate how agentic AI and automation can improve efficiency, resilience, and financial performance
- Representing UiPath as a trusted advisor in the market, sharing customer insights and positioning the company as a leader in enterprise AI
- Collaborating with partners and systems integrators to generate opportunities and ensure long-term customer success
- Working internally with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing teams to maximize customer value and advance deals
- Staying informed on market developments, competitors, and emerging AI use cases to anticipate customer needs and create demand

Requirements:
- Proven experience actively targeting, prospecting, and closing new customer accounts
- Demonstrated acquisition-first mindset with a competitive track record
- Authorized to work in the US
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technology with ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically
- Strong account planning discipline and research-driven approach to territory management
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities through business-led conversations
- Confidence navigating complex customer organizations and building relationships across functions and seniority levels
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-starter mentality
