OneTrust is seeking a Collections Specialist to join its Finance & Accounting team in Madrid. The role focuses on maintaining healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships through proactive account management and dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of domestic and international customer accounts - Follow up on past-due invoices and resolve payment disputes with clarity and empathy - Investigate discrepancies, fix payment issues, and reconcile accounts across systems - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in all systems and tools - Proactively flag payment risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Deliver professional support to internal and external stakeholders About the Role: You will work in a fast-paced environment where organized thinking, calm problem-solving, and clear communication are essential. The role requires comfort working toward targets and contributing to shared team goals. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 2+ years of collections experience, including 2+ years in B2B and subscription-based environments - Full professional proficiency in English - Experience communicating directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships - Strong problem-solving and time-management skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel for basic reporting - Experience working with ERP systems Preferred Qualifications: - Spanish language skills (highly preferred), plus additional European languages (French, German, Italian) - Experience with Workday ERP and Salesforce CRM systems - Familiarity with collections tools (e.g., HighRadius) - Experience designing, supporting, or improving automation processes - Technology skills and confidence using AI tools in day-to-day work - Experience in international environments with multi-regional customers - Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira - SaaS or technology industry experience
