As Collections Manager, you will be a foundational hire building out Rippling's collections and servicing function. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances day-to-day operations with team building and process development. You will manage a team of Collections Associates, own their performance and development, and serve as the first point of escalation for complex or sensitive accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily collections operations, including workload distribution, queue management, and SLA adherence across delinquent accounts spanning corporate cards, payroll, EOR (Employer of Record), and subscription billing
- Building and scaling collections processes, playbooks, and team culture from the ground up
- Translating strategy into execution in close partnership with the Head of Servicing & Collections
- Ensuring the team hits targets across Rippling's full product suite
- Handling escalations and managing complex customer relationships
