As a Cluster Representative at inDrive, you will own end-to-end regional strategy execution across a cluster of markets in Latin America. You will drive critical growth initiatives—including new city launches and tariff rollouts—while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
**Regional Strategy & Growth Execution:** Lead the full execution of regional strategies, managing new city rollouts, tariff launches, and growth projects. Coordinate across functions to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
**Performance & Business Analytics:** Track and analyze local performance metrics (Rides, GMV, Revenue). Identify trends, flag issues early, and propose corrective action plans.
**Marketplace & Supply Optimization:** Partner with Marketing and Marketplace Efficiency teams to adapt driver acquisition and retention strategies to local market conditions. Propose strategic pricing, surge, and incentive opportunities.
**Public Affairs & Regulatory Risk Management:** Support Public Affairs and Government Relations on regulatory matters. Proactively identify legislative risks and represent the company in government and industry meetings, providing on-the-ground business context.
**Local Partnerships & Business Development:** Identify, evaluate, and develop new local partnership opportunities. Negotiate commercial terms within established frameworks.
**Competitive Intelligence:** Gather market insights and translate competitive intelligence into actionable strategic recommendations.
This role bridges global/regional strategy with local execution, serving as the voice of your markets to shape commercial performance and key stakeholder relationships.
**Requirements:**
- 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting, tech operations, mobility/ride-hailing, or general management, leading multi-project portfolios
- Strong analytical capability to analyze performance data (GMV, conversion rates, supply dynamics) and turn insights into high-impact operational decisions
- Track record of driving cross-team alignment across Marketing, Policy, and Marketplace Operations
- Comfort representing the company in external policy meetings, partner negotiations, and executive discussions
- Strong project management skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
