In this role, you will own the clinical strategy and product expertise across the customer lifecycle. Required qualifications include 3-5+ years of clinical or healthcare industry expertise (retail, ambulatory, specialty pharmacy, etc.) or patient support experience. You need a strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare delivery models, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into solution-focused discussions. You must work collaboratively across functions and be comfortable with regular travel.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or Allied Health; experience with healthcare software, clinical decision support, or care management platforms; interaction with Life Science companies; client-facing or consulting experience; and familiarity with HIPAA, CMS, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
