Everlab is building a preventive health platform and seeks a Clinical Operations Manager to own the performance and quality of its clinical delivery end-to-end. This hybrid role (3 days/week in Sydney office) reports to clinical leadership and sits at the intersection of analytics, operations, and coaching.
You will own three core areas:
1. Clinical Quality: Manage the performance of Everlab's doctor network, including consult quality, clinical outcomes, appropriateness of recommendations, and member experience. Build repeatable excellence through rubrics, benchmarks, and playbooks derived from best practices. Partner with the CMO and clinical leadership to drive outcomes.
2. Clinical Workflows: Map current workflows across consults, results review, follow-up, escalations, and admin. Identify where time and quality leak. Redesign workflows by removing steps, automating where possible, and documenting the rest. Translate workflow problems into product and engineering improvements. Run proper change management: pilot, measure, then roll out with training and communication.
3. Clinical Operations Metrics & Reporting: Build the metric layer for clinical operations (consult quality, clinical outcomes, utilisation, turnaround times, NPS, cost to serve). Define targets and thresholds. Create dashboards and weekly reporting rhythms for clinical leadership. Attach owners, targets, and next actions to every metric.
You are part analyst, part operator, part coach. You spot problems, scope them, and bring recommendations without waiting for a brief. You're comfortable with data and spreadsheets, structure ambiguous problems cleanly, and build arguments from data. You operate at both altitudes—setting high-level strategy and executing tactically. You communicate clearly and compress complex analyses into one-page recommendations busy clinicians will read.
Required: 3+ years at a top-tier strategy consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or equivalent, with strong performance and rapid progression. Deep alignment with Everlab's mission to build the world's most trusted preventive health company.
Nice to have: Operating experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups. Background or deep interest in healthcare, health tech, or clinical services.
Everlab offers hybrid flexibility, full access to its health program post-probation, and an Employee Share Option Plan.
