Qualified Health is seeking a Clinical Lead for Care Delivery to bridge clinical expertise with generative AI product development in healthcare. This role combines deep clinical knowledge with product ownership, working directly with engineering and design teams to build AI-powered workflows that address care delivery challenges.
You will own and build GenAI-powered workflows focused on care delivery problems including care gaps closure, specialty pharma coordination, infusion management, and population health initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading discovery and requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis, providing clinical evaluation and validation to ensure product accuracy and appropriateness, and collaborating with engineering, design, and customer success teams to translate clinical challenges into product requirements.
You'll partner directly with health system clients to understand pain points, validate product direction, and ensure successful implementations. You'll define success metrics and use data to drive product iterations while navigating healthcare compliance requirements including HIPAA and clinical safety standards.
Required qualifications include an MD or DO with residency completion preferred, deep understanding of care delivery workflows and clinical care coordination, and a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements in healthcare settings. You need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities to work across clinical teams and technical engineering teams, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
Desirable experience includes backgrounds in internal medicine, oncology, pharma, or biotech; population health; healthcare service line optimization; prior product management experience in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS; familiarity with AI/ML technologies; and knowledge of healthcare data systems like EHRs and care management platforms.
The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in Palo Alto. Qualified Health is a seed-stage company backed by premier investors, building AI infrastructure for safe governance and healthcare-specific agent creation alongside leading health systems.
