As Clinical Growth Support Manager, you will serve as the clinical voice and subject matter expert bridging sales, marketing, and product teams. You are part clinical SME, part solution engineer—responsible for designing and delivering compelling product demonstrations that tell a clinically credible story grounded in real patient journeys and actual barriers to care. Key responsibilities include: **Demo Design & Storytelling:** Design and deliver clinical product demonstrations tailored to different audiences (care management teams, medical directors, health plan executives). Partner with sales on discovery calls to surface clinical pain points and translate them into a library of demo stories and scripted patient journeys. Configure and maintain demo environments with realistic clinical data, caseloads, and workflows. Serve as the clinical subject matter expert in sales conversations, RFP responses, and client presentations, independently managing relationships with senior clinical and executive stakeholders. Identify patterns in market and client feedback to drive clinical positioning priorities with product and marketing teams. Mentor sales and implementation colleagues on clinical workflows and demo best practices. **Client Engagement & Growth Support:** Serve as a clinical workflow subject matter expert to establish credibility and build relationships with healthcare stakeholders. Support existing clients through implementation, training, and ongoing optimization to drive adoption and expansion. The ideal candidate has worked directly with patients navigating complex behavioral health conditions in a health system or health plan setting. You understand firsthand what a navigator's day looks like and can translate that lived experience into demo narratives, discovery conversations, and user-centered collateral that resonate with clinical buyers. **Requirements:** - Direct clinical experience working with patients in behavioral health (health system or health plan background preferred) - Ability to design and deliver compelling clinical narratives and product demonstrations - Strong communication skills with clinical and executive stakeholders - Understanding of clinical workflows, care management processes, and behavioral health delivery models - Ability to translate clinical pain points into product positioning and sales enablement materials - Mentoring and thought leadership capability within sales and implementation teams - HIPAA compliance awareness and commitment to information security policies
