The Clinical Field Specialist, CT role is based in the Tampa/Naples region and focuses on optimizing customer imaging programs and workflows. This position bridges clinical expertise with customer success, requiring travel to customer sites (up to 80%) to deliver training and build relationships with technologists, radiologists, cardiologists, and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include: assessing customer lifecycle and coronary CT program optimization; identifying improvement areas and recommending enhancements during onboarding; conducting virtual and live training sessions using multiple delivery methods; establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders; maintaining accurate customer records and documentation in HeartFlow systems; capturing customer feedback and participating in clinical discussions; staying current with CT and workstation technology innovations; and proactively building plans to optimize customer performance.
The ideal candidate brings expert-level knowledge of cardiac CT imaging, with a minimum of 3 years of cardiac CTA experience. An Associate degree in radiology, technology, or related field is required (Bachelor's preferred). Active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certification in Radiology is mandatory. Teaching and industry experience are highly desirable. Strong communication skills and demonstrated success in relationship-building are essential. The role includes periodic on-call responsibilities.
This is a hybrid position with substantial field travel. Base salary range: $90,000–$110,000 annually, plus discretionary commission-based earnings.
