The company partners with 100+ medical degree programs (MD, DO, NP, PA, allied health) across 650+ healthcare institutions nationwide and internationally, solving the healthcare training shortage by enabling quality clinical education at scale.
The Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter will be responsible for building and expanding AMO's national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations that support clinical education programs. This is a highly results-driven role focused on network expansion and partnership development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and recruiting clinical preceptors and healthcare organizations to join the AMO network
- Developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare institutions
- Expanding clinical placement capacity across multiple healthcare disciplines
- Supporting the company's mission to scale clinical education infrastructure
- Collaborating with internal teams to onboard and support new network partners
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment, business development, or partnership development, with a strong understanding of clinical education and healthcare provider networks. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals and institutional leaders.
