Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Data Manager II or Senior Clinical Data Manager to join its global team, supporting clinical trial operations across Europe (UK, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia).
In this role, you will serve as the primary data management contact for assigned clinical projects and programs, ensuring continuity, responsiveness, and timely task completion. You will oversee all aspects of the clinical trial data management lifecycle from study startup through post-database lock, including database development and testing.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead clinical data management activities for assigned projects, with backup support capability and potential oversight of sponsor programs
• Oversee data entry processes: develop guidelines, train personnel, ensure quality, and manage resourcing
• Conduct quality control of data entry and maintain data integrity standards
• Develop CRF specifications from clinical study protocols and coordinate stakeholder feedback
• Conduct database build UAT and maintain quality-controlled documentation
• Specify and oversee development of edit checks (electronic and manual) and data review specifications
• Create and maintain comprehensive data management documentation for Trial Master Files
• Train clinical research personnel on study-specific CRF, EDC systems, and related tools
• Review and query clinical trial data according to Data Management Plans
• Perform line listing data review and patient/study-level status reporting
• Conduct medical coding and ensure medical logic consistency
• Coordinate SAE/AE reconciliation activities
• Liaise with third-party vendors (EDC, data vendors) in a project management capacity
• Assist with SAS programming and QC of data management programs
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues using metrics, audit reports, and stakeholder input
• Participate in protocol, SAP, and CSR review as needed
