Precision for Medicine is expanding its clinical data management operations across Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru). This Senior Clinical Data Manager role is responsible for managing all aspects of the clinical trial data management process from study startup through post-database lock for assigned projects.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary Data Management contact for assigned clinical projects, overseeing the data entry process including guidelines development and quality assurance, and managing project timelines and resource allocation. The role involves developing CRF specifications from clinical study protocols, coordinating stakeholder feedback, and conducting database build UAT while maintaining quality-controlled documentation.
You will specify requirements for edit checks, oversee data management documentation for the Trial Master File, and train clinical research personnel on study-specific systems. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and querying clinical trial data, performing medical coding, coordinating SAE/AE reconciliation, and liaising with third-party vendors such as EDC providers.
The position requires identifying and troubleshooting operational problems based on metrics data and audit reports, participating in SOP development, and providing leadership for cross-functional initiatives. You may attend strategy meetings, bid defenses, and capability presentations, as well as review RFPs and provide project estimates. Some travel may be required.
This is a senior-level individual contributor role with significant technical scope and responsibility for guiding data management activities across multiple clinical trials, though it does not involve direct people management.
