Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Principal Client Value Partner, you will serve as the strategic and technical "North Star" for one of Celonis's largest enterprise accounts, acting as the single-threaded lead responsible for orchestrating internal teams and guiding the customer's technical strategy.
You will combine deep technical expertise with executive advisory capabilities. Your responsibilities include advising C-suite executives (CIOs, CFOs) on translating complex technical designs into measurable business outcomes and ROI. You will architect high-performance, near real-time data ingestion strategies using modern technologies like streaming APIs, Kafka, and micro-batching to ensure the Celonis platform receives optimal data feeds.
A critical focus area is enterprise AI and governance: you will architect secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging the Celonis Process Knowledge Graph for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) while maintaining strict data governance, sanitization, and security standards. You will also mobilize and direct multidisciplinary teams of Applied AI engineers and Data Scientists, serving as the bridge between customer needs and Celonis Product/Engineering teams to resolve complex technical blockers.
You bring Principal-level experience from client-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, or Technical Account Management. You possess strong conceptual and architectural understanding of modern data pipelines, solid grasp of secure enterprise GenAI deployment (including private model hosting on Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock), and conceptual knowledge of the modern enterprise stack (SAP, Databricks, etc.). Exceptional executive presence and ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable roadmaps for non-technical stakeholders are essential. Strong German language proficiency is required. Deep domain expertise in Retail is preferred.
