Aescape is a New York-based physical AI and robotics company redefining human recovery through intelligent, precision bodywork. The company powers recovery across leading fitness, hospitality, and wellness environments including Equinox, Life Time, Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons, Pause Studios, and Remedy Place, backed by Valor Equity Partners, BroadLight Capital, and Mecha Ventures.
As a Client Success Specialist based in Miami, you will serve as the day-to-day partner contact for a portfolio of hospitality and wellness locations (hotels, spas, wellness studios), supporting them from go-live through renewal. You'll drive session volume and utilization at partner locations through staff enablement, programming support, and ongoing coaching of on-property teams. Key responsibilities include tracking partner health signals (CSAT, utilization trends, downtime) and flagging emerging risks early; coordinating with Operations and Field teams on hardware uptime and issue resolution; capturing and summarizing structured partner feedback for Product and Marketing; and building trusted working relationships with on-property contacts including general managers, spa and studio directors, and front-desk and fitness staff.
You will proactively drive local demand for assigned locations by calling and following up with first-time guests and leads to book return sessions and convert them into members. You'll spend time on-site at partner locations after go-live to train front-desk and floor staff, run live demos, and build daily habits that lift adoption. You'll plan and staff on-site activation events at partner locations, represent the brand at local events, run clubs, and community fitness or wellness gatherings that drive foot traffic. Building referral relationships with nearby ancillary businesses (gyms, run clubs, studios, med-spas, hotels) to generate a steady flow of new guests is also part of the role. You'll own local reputation by requesting and responding to reviews on Google, Yelp, BBB, and similar sites, keeping each location's listings accurate and active. You'll hit clear per-location targets for session volume, membership conversions, and new-guest acquisition, and report progress against them.
You'll report to the Head of Client Strategy and Success, work alongside Client Success Managers on their largest accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing. This is an opportunity to learn strategic account management from the inside, own real partner relationships early, and grow your client success career at a category-defining company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–3 years of client success, account coordination, account management, or hospitality/wellness operations experience (B2B, hardware, SaaS, or hospitality tech exposure a strong plus)
- Experience supporting a book of accounts or a portfolio of locations against retention, utilization, or growth goals
- Experience in or around hospitality or wellness brands is highly valued
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with day-to-day operational contacts and on-property teams
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple accounts and competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Collaborative by nature—effective at working across Sales, Ops, Product, and Marketing
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, recovery, and the future of physical AI
- Ability to travel to partner sites locally 3–5x a week, and other sites domestically 1–2x a quarter
- Comfort with outbound, sales-oriented work: calling leads and guests, following up, and closing memberships without hand-holding
- A local network or the hustle to build one fast, and willingness to be on-site and in the community several days a week
