First Due is seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the strategic partner for law enforcement and public safety agencies across the United States. The role focuses on ensuring Police Departments, Sheriff's Offices, and Public Safety agencies maximize value from First Due's all-in-one public safety platform. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with law enforcement agencies nationwide, driving platform adoption and engagement across all departmental levels, and leading recurring executive and operational business reviews with Chiefs and Command Staff. You will proactively identify at-risk accounts and take corrective action to strengthen satisfaction and retention. The role involves partnering with Sales on renewal strategy, contract expansion, and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities. You will deliver targeted education, enablement, and engagement programs designed to drive utilization and measurable outcomes, maintain accurate account health metrics and renewal forecasts, and represent the customer voice internally while advocating for First Due's vision externally. Participation in user groups, conferences, and regional events strengthens relationships within the law enforcement community. Required qualifications include extensive experience working with or supporting law enforcement or public safety agencies, demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level customers with multiple stakeholders and complex needs, and strong communication and presentation skills comfortable with agency leadership. A data-driven mindset with ability to interpret usage trends and growth opportunities is essential. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, familiarity with public safety technology ecosystems (RMS, CAD, digital evidence, personnel management), and willingness to travel occasionally for onsite visits and conferences.
